Soulidarity Wave creates music combining Hip-Hop, Neo-Soul, Jazz, and World music, and addresses issues of Climate Justice, Indigenous rights, access to education, Immigrant and Migrant Rights, and Third World Liberation.
They have performed for (60+) events in collaboration with organizations including Kulintang Ancestral Music Ensemble, Liyang Indigenous Rights Organization, UC Berkeley’s Ethnic Studies Dept, Manilatown Heritage Foundation, and NEST Indigenous Cultural Center. SOULIDARITY WAVE has supported the defunding of the military, Protect Mauna Kea, #Justice4BrandonLee, Earthquake and Typhoon Relief, and Indigenous Healthcare in Mindanao, Philippines.
The collective has expanded to include additional mediums including dance, poetry, and spoken word.
Soulidarity Wave
In 2018, Elizabeth co-founded Soulidarity Wave, a music performance collective bringing together a community of world artists and activists. SOULIDARITY WAVE creates original music and dance that advocates for Climate Justice, Indigenous Rights, Immigrant Rights, education access, and social reform.
